刘红梅

工学博士,毕业于重庆大学,现任杭州维纳安可医疗科技首席创新官。长期聚焦于医工交叉前沿技术,从事脉冲功率技术及其生物医学应用方面研究工作,包括电穿孔、不可逆电穿孔组织消融、纳秒脉冲、肿瘤干细胞、生物电阻抗、肿瘤抵抗、肿瘤免疫、治疗计划、介电泳。其研究以临床应用为导向、以发展新型肿瘤治疗技术为目的,深度开发脉冲电场生物医用的治疗优势并努力解决其在临床肿瘤治疗应用的难点问题。获批国家留学基金委公派项目资助,在美国弗吉尼亚理工暨州立大学Rafael Davalos教授(ASME Fellow, Coulter Fellow, AIMBE Fellow,AngioDynamics首席科学家)实验室深入合作;主要参与脉冲电场生物医学效应以及复合陡脉冲肿瘤治疗仪、微纳刀肿瘤治疗系统、交互式脉冲肿瘤消融系统等医疗设备的研发及临床推广。共发表IEEE TBME、Bioelectrochemistry等本领域高水平期刊30余篇,授权发明专利5项;主研国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等国家级项目4项;担任IEEE TBME (Q1)、Bioelectrochemistry (Q1)、IEEE JBHI (Q1)等高水平期刊审稿人;第五届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛金奖的获得者。

Hongmei Liu, Ph.D., is currently the CIO of Hangzhou Winner-Onco medical technology Co, Ltd. She obtained her Ph.D. in engineering from Chongqing University. Her research has been focused on the advanced Technology in interdisciplinary fields of biomedical engineering, especially the pulsed power technology and its application in biomedicine. It involved electroporation, IRE tumor ablation, nanosecond pulses, tumor stem cells, bioelectrical impedance, tumor resistance, tumor immense, simulation of the electroporation and IRE ablation, and electrophoresis. Her mission is to find and develop better techniques for disease treatment.
She was sponsored by CSC (China Scholarship Council) and has in-depth cooperation with Rafael Davalos’s Lab (ASME Fellow, Coulter Fellow, AIMBE Fellow, Chief Scientist of AngioDynamics) at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, US; mainly involved in the research on the pulsed biomedical effects and development and clinical promotion of medical equipment including ns, IRE, HFIRE, W-knife ablation system.
She has published more than 30 peer-reviewed papers and has 5 issued invention patents and has mainly researched 4 national programs funded by NSF, National Key Research and Development Program grants. She is the reviewer of IEEE TBME (Q1), Bioelectrochemistry (Q1), IEEE JBHI (Q1), etc. As the holder of the gold medal of the 5th China "Internet +" College Students’ Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
